Scope:
- Dashboard performance refactor
- Membership summary performance
- Upgrade/index migration

Checks performed:
- PHP syntax lint on modified PHP files.
- Checked that dashboard no longer invokes ensure_v4430_schema / ensure_v4436_schema / ensure_v4449_schema on page load.
- Checked membership_dashboard_summary no longer invokes schema migration.
- Replaced transaction DATE(column) range predicates in dashboard with index-friendly datetime ranges.
- Preserved NET membership allocation logic introduced in v4.44.10.
- Added per-request memoization for transaction KPI and membership summaries.
- Added composite transaction paid/date index and members created_at index through upgrade v4.44.11.

Data safety:
- No historical transaction/member/payment rows are rewritten.
- Upgrade adds indexes and updates schema_release only.
