Behavioral safeguards reviewed statically:
- Public website remains functional when presence table is missing: presence helpers return Offline.
- Public chat keeps accepting messages while staff is Offline.
- Staff Online uses 45-second heartbeat; public availability uses a 150-second freshness window.
- Logout and switching to non-chat role set staff Offline.
- New login can require explicit Online/Offline selection.
- Booking public form has honeypot + per-IP rate limit and stores requests as Pending.
- Booking inbox is limited to Cashier/Manager/Super Admin.
- No DROP/TRUNCATE used in v4.43.7 migration.

Not performed:
- No live production MySQL migration.
- No multi-browser live-domain test.
- No real Google Maps/network test.
